Privacy

Clear information about your information.

This page explains what Event Promo Works receives when you visit the site or submit a project inquiry, and how that information may be used.

Effective September 29, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you submit the project form or contact Event Promo Works, you may provide contact information, business or event details, dates, links, photos, logos, artwork and other material needed to understand or complete your request. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the project.

Website usage information

EPW’s own analytics records anonymous page views, a random browser-session identifier, approximate active time, traffic-source information and the labels of links or buttons used. The EPW tracking script is designed not to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents or IP addresses.

The random session identifier is stored only in browser session storage. Hosting, form and other service providers may process standard technical information under their own policies for security and operation of their services.

How information may be used

  • To review and respond to an inquiry.
  • To confirm the project package, scope, timeline and payment steps.
  • To create, revise, publish and support approved project materials.
  • To understand which pages and actions are useful and improve the EPW website.
  • To protect the website and investigate technical or security problems.

Service providers

Event Promo Works may use third-party services for website hosting, forms, payments, calendars, file delivery or communication. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the requested service, and their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a project form. To ask about information you previously submitted, request a correction or request deletion where applicable, use the project form and identify the message as a privacy request. Some information may need to be retained for active work, completed transactions, legal obligations or security records.

Policy updates

This page may be updated when the website, forms, analytics or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
